Stock Exchange Ordinance-FBC, Adecco S.A. has received the following
two notifications:
By June 3, 2008, a group consisting of Deutsche Bank Group,
Frankfurt, Germany and its subsidiaries, is holding 19.97 % as
purchase and 18.61% as sale positions of the share capital of the
company in shares and derivatives of which 0.67% are equity
(registered shares).
