Report concerning the passing of a resolution to acquire own shares
pursuant to § 30b Para. 1 Sentence 1 Fig. 2 of the German Securities
Trading Act ["WpHG"]
On July 9, 2008 the ordinary shareholders' meeting of artnet AG
resolved to authorize the company to acquire own shares worth up to
10 % of the current share capital by January 8, 2010, and to do so in
accordance with the detailed provisions of Fig. 5. of the agenda of
the shareholders' meeting of artnet AG published in the electronic
Federal Gazette [Bundesanzeiger] on May 18, 2008. The own shares
acquired on the basis of this resolution may also be withdrawn from
circulation.
