Disclosure of shareholdings |
|
Pursuant to article 20 BEHG BB BIOTECH AG, Vordergasse 3, 8200
Schaffhausen and its wholly-owned subsidiary Biotech Target N.V.,
Snipweg 26, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles hereby report that they
decreased their voting rights to below the threshold of 25% of the
proportion of voting rights of BB BIOTECH AG as at August 21, 2008.
2'250'000 registered shares, which were bought during the 4th
repurchase program terminated on April 3, 2008, and approved for
cancellation at the AGM of April 4, 2008, were cancelled in the
commercial register as at August 21, 2008. The share capital of BB
BIOTECH AG now consists of 20'250'000 fully paid registered shares
with a pair value of CHF 1.00 each.
