Britain, notified us in the name and on behalf of FIL Limited,
Hamilton, Bermuda, on 27 October 2008, of the following:

On 23 October 2008, FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in Q-Cells AG. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.80 % of
the voting rights in Q-Cells AG, arising from 2,300,929 voting
rights.

All voting rights in Q-Cells AG were attributed to FIL Limited
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Fidelity International, with its registered office in Tadworth, Great
Britain, notified us in the name and on behalf of FIL Investments
International, Hildenborough, Great Britain, on 27 October 2008, of
the following:

On 23 October 2008, FIL Investments International fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Q-Cells AG. On that date, FIL
Investments International held 2.80 % of the voting rights in Q-Cells
AG, arising from 2,300,929 voting rights.

All voting rights in Q-Cells AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Management Limited, Hildenborough, Great Britain, on 27 October 2008,

Q-Cells AG, arising from 2,300,929 voting rights.
