Ad hoc announcement according to §15 WpHG processed and transmitted
by Hugin. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this
announcement.

Upon consent of the Supervisory Board the Management Board of VOGT
electronic AG decided today to initiate all measures required to
remove completely the admission of shares of VOGT electronic AG to
the regulated stock market ("Delisting"). The amount of compensation
which will be offered to the shareholders for the delisting, will be
determined and agreed during the next months.
Upon consent of the Supervisory Board the Management Board decided
furthermore to start with preparations for the conclusion of
domination and profit transfer agreements between VOGT electronic AG
as controlling enterprise and its two 100% owned subsidiaries, VOGT
electronic Components GmbH and VOGT electronic EMS GmbH as controlled
enterprises.
It is planned to schedule still for the 1st quarter 2009 an
extraordinary shareholders' meeting of VOGT electronic AG, which will
amongst others decide on the consent to the already announced
domination agreement between Sumida VOGT GmbH, a 100% owned group
company of Sumida Corporation, as controlling enterprise and VOGT
electronic AG as controlled enterprise, and on the consent to the
delisting.
