On November 12, 2008, BB MEDTECH AG completed its third share
buy-back program, which commenced on
April 7, 2008. During that period, 1 450 000 registered shares were
redeemed via a second trading line. The Board of Directors propose to
the Extraordinary General Meeting on November 14, 2008 that the 1 450
000 registered shares be destroyed, in order to implement a capital
decrease.
