An investor group including MCG Holding AG, ultimately controlled by
an Executive Member of the Board of Directors for Eastern Property
Holdings Ltd., has agreed with Immoeast Beteiligungs GmbH to acquire
their approximately 20% stake in Eastern Property Holdings Ltd. early
in 2009.
