Zurich, 5 February 2009. - Heinz Dürrenberger, Head of the Foam
Materials business unit (FoamPartner) is to retire at the end of 2009
after 18 years' service with the Conzzeta Group. The search for a
successor has already been initiated.

Heinz Dürrenberger joined the Conzzeta Group in 1991 as a director at
Fritz Nauer AG. From 1993, as Head of the Foam Materials business
unit, he has been a member of the Group Executive Board. From 1993 to
2003, he was also Head of the Sporting Goods business unit. The Board
of Directors and Group Management would like to thank Heinz
Dürrenberger for his important contribution and wish him all the best
for the future.
