Christoph Beckmann, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer and a member
of the SWISS Management Board, is to leave the company at the end of
March to develop his own business. Chief Network & Distribution
Officer Harry Hohmeister will assume Beckmann's duties and
responsibilities on an interim basis.

Christoph Beckmann, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, has decided
to establish and develop his own company. Prior to joining SWISS,
Beckmann served for several years as managing partner of a new-media
and e-commerce concern. A doctor in engineering and business
administration, he joined SWISS in autumn 2004 as Head of Corporate
Development, and was appointed to the Management Board in overall
charge of strategy, product and marketing the following April.
