Mr. Johannes Beelen has resigned today from his offices as Chairman
and Member of the Supervisory Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG for personal
reasons. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board wish to
express their best thanks to Mr. Beelen for his long-time and
successful activity for the BÖWE Group.

The vacancy in the Supervisory Board shall be filled in the next
general Shareholders' Meeting. Thereafter a new Chairman in the
Supervisory Board will be appointed.

The present Deputy Chairman, Prof. Dr. Günther Langenbucher, has been
elected on interim basis as Chairman. Prof. Gerd Finkbeiner was
appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Current Members of the Supervisory Board are: Prof. Dr. Günther
Langenbucher, Prof. Gerd Finkbeiner, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Adolf G.
Coenenberg, Mr. Claus-D. Bunk and Mr. Roland Hörmann.

Prof. Dr. Langenbucher is Member and Deputy Chairman in the
Supervisory Board since June 1st, 2006. Furthermore he is Chairman of
the Supervisory Board of WANDERER-WERKE AG, the majority shareholder
of BÖWE SYSTEC AG.
