Press conference of BÖWE SYSTEC AG will be postponed

The planned publication of the annual financial statements 2008 from
BÖWE SYSTEC AG on April 8th, 2009 will be rescheduled as a
consequence of several changes within the Management Board and the
Supervisory Board.

The preliminary figures of the BÖWE Group published on March 6th,
2009 remain valid.

It is planned to schedule the press conference in the middle of May
2009 in order to give additional information about the development in
the first quarter of 2009. The exact date will be published in due
course.

Also rescheduled is the Annual General Meeting now on June 29th,
2009.

Outlook:

August 5th, 2009: Interim report as of June
30, 2009

November 5th, 2009: Interim report as of September
30, 2009
