Industrieholding Cham AG will prematurely terminate as of April 17th,
2009 the share buyback program launched on April 28th, 2008 in the
maximal amount of CHF 20.0 million. During the course of this program
15'047 registered shares or 2.02% of the Industrieholding Cham share
capital were bought back. Repurchased shares are not held for
cancellation.
With the termination of the share buyback program, Industrieholding
Cham AG held a total of 51'640 treasury shares, which equals to 6.93%
of the share capital. The share capital of the Company amounts to CHF
57'737'500, divided into 745'000 registered shares at a nominal value
of CHF 77.50 each.
