Appointment of Gregory Zschuschen as Managing Director Hugin Benelux.

Brussels - Amsterdam - 21 April 2009 - Hugin, the leading
pan-European provider of innovative services dedicated to
communication professionals, today announced the appointment of
Gregory Zschuschen as Managing Director Hugin Benelux. Gregory
Zschuschen will take over this role from Monique van den Berg who
will leave the company shortly to explore other opportunities.

In this position, Gregory Zschuschen will be responsible for
developing the sales strategy and will be in charge of business
growth as well as managing the sales teams based in Belgium and the
Netherlands.

Gregory Zschuschen joined Hugin in 2001 and has previously held the
positions of Sales Executive Benelux (2001 to 2005), Sales Director
Netherlands (2005 to 2007) and Sales Director Benelux (2007 to 2009).

Gregory Zschuschen is a member of NEVIR, the Dutch Investor Relations
Association. Before joining Hugin, Gregory Zschuschen was Business
Area Controller & Risk Manager at Deutsche Bank/De Bari (2000 to
2001) and Assistant Finance Manager at Level 3 Communications (1999
to 2000).

Gregory Zschuschen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration (SPD Bedrijfsadministratie).
