that Schroders Investment Management Limited informed the SIX Swiss
Exchange (SIX) and the Company that it has sold 168,000 shares and
thereby decreased its stake in the share capital of BioXell S.p.A. to
164,495 shares, representing 3.06% of the voting rights.
