Milan, April 30, 2009 - BioXell S.p.A. (SIX: BXLN) reports that UBS
Fund Management (Switzerland) AG informed the Company that as at
close of business on 23 September 2008, UBS Fund Management
(Switzerland) AG held 226'500 shares of the share capital of BioXell
S.p.A., representing 4.21% of the voting rights. Thereof, 211'000
shares, representing 3.92% of the share capital are held by RoPas
(CH) Institutional Fund - Equities Switzerland.
