Obernzell, May 4, 2009
Today, VOGT electronic AG has obtained knowledge that the managements
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Munich Stock Exchange have,
upon the request of the management board of VOGT electronic AG,
revoked the admission of the ordinary and preferred shares to the
Regulated Market. The revocation of the admission will take effect at
the end of August 4, 2009.
On March 19, 2009, with 97.43% of the votes, the shareholders'
meeting of VOGT electronic AG authorised the management board of VOGT
electronic AG to apply for the revocation of the admission.
