Compagnie Financière Tradition SA is pleased to announce that 508,419
new shares of CHF 2.50 have been created following the exercise of
subscription rights, bringing the total number of shares to
6,127,870, and share capital to CHF 15,319,675. The increase in
capital, including the share premium, is CHF 46,774,548.

The new shares will be listed from 29 June.
