Expansion of the BÖWE SYSTEC AG Management Board

The Supervisory Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG has today appointed Mr. Peter
Goebel (49) as an ordinary member of the Management Board with effect
from 01.07.2009 to 30.06.2012. Mr. Goebel will have worldwide
responsibility for the newly created Sales & Services Division. "With
the appointment of Mr. Goebel to the Management Board of BÖWE SYSTEC
AG and the creation of the new Sales & Services Division we are
clearly illustrating our orientation towards a more client-driven
approach and to the expansion of our important Service business" said
Oliver Bialowons, Chairman of the Management Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG.
"In Peter Goebel we are gaining a colleague with extensive
international experience and a proven expert in our business"
continued Bialowons.

The aim of his worldwide responsibility for the Division is to press
further ahead with the process of intensifying the collaboration
between all the subsidiaries of the BÖWE Group - both in the
Production as well as the Services area. This will allow us to make
an even greater contribution than in the past towards enabling the
full capability of the BÖWE Group to help our clients achieve their
goals.

In his last role Peter Goebel was highly successful in running our
subsidiary in Japan as Managing Director.

The Supervisory Board wishes Mr. Goebel every happiness and success
in the performance of his activities.
