PC-WARE: Changes to Management Board

Leipzig, 24 June 2009 - Dr. Knut Löschke, CEO/Chairman of the
Management Board of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG, and Dr.
Tillmann Blaschke, Chief Financial Officer, have reached an agreement
with the Supervisory Board for the termination of their employment
contracts as Management Board members with immediate effect and have
stepped down from their posts. Also with immediate effect, the
Supervisory Board has appointed three new Management Board members.
Dr. Klaus Elsbacher has been appointed as the new Chairman/Chief
Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Hansjoerg Egger as Chief Operations
Officer (COO) and Dr. Thomas Reich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
