the Company received on August 19th, 2009 a corrected notification of
Dr. Sebastian Stoldt, Germany, that he has exceeded the 3% threshold
already on July 28th, 2009, holding 359,800 common shares in WizCom
Technologies, representing 3.02% of the voting rights (11,906,390
shares outstanding).
