Leipzig, 9 September 2009 - The Management Board of PC-WARE sees no
possibility of pursuing profitable operations within the business
fields of Hardware Reselling (in the client/server environment) and
Technical Services in the medium term. With this in mind, it today
reached the decision to discontinue the two aforementioned areas of
business in Germany. In parallel, changes will be made within the
field of Consulting. Here, too, the most recent performance proved
unsatisfactory. In total, some 170 employees based in Germany will be
affected by the restructuring measures. Existing contracts with
customers will be performed under the terms of the respective
agreements.
