shares of CI Com SA, a company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange under
the ISIN number CH 001625810, announces the signature of a merger
agreement with the company DUAL HOLDING SA, in Fribourg
(Switzerland). DUAL HOLDING SA is a company involved in real estate
in Switzerland. This new entity will proceed in the near future with
a reallocation of share capital and a capital increase of CI Com SA
in order to develop this holding company. New participations will be
acquired in the near future as well.
