Centre Services SA/NV, Comparex Luxembourg SA and trademark rights to
"COMPAREX"

Leipzig, 16 October 2009 - Comparex Belgium SA/NV, Data Centre
Services SA/NV (Belgium) and Comparex Luxembourg SA are to become
members of the PC-WARE Group. PC-Ware Information Technologies AG
finalised the deal after negotiations with the seller concerning
contractual details of the agreement to acquire the entities. As part
of the acquisition, extensive pan-European rights to the "COMPAREX"
brand, as well as the right to use the trademark in other selected
countries, will be transferred to the PC-WARE Group. The formal
signing of the takeover agreement is to take place in the week from
19 to 23 October 2009.
