Carpevigo AG: Fixed rate capital investment successfully placed

3.2 million capital inflow ensures financing of new
PV solar power plants and paves the way for further expansion

Holzkirchen / Germany, Nov 17, 2009 -Carpevigo AG (ISIN
DE000A0LR6B6), a contractor and operator of solar energy power plants
has successfully introduced a fixed rate capital investment worth of
3.2 million Euros fresh capital inflow. This funds will be used for
financing PV solar power plants in Germany and Italy.

The issues with a term to maturity of two years and an interest rate
of 9% have been signed by private investors. Munic based
Hofmann-Finanz Management GmbH has been in charge for organizing the
capital procurement.

The capital will be used for funding the construction of solar power
plants in Southern Germany and Italy. Two solar parks in Bavaria with
an overall capacity of 3.9 megawatt (MWp) are in due completion and
grid connection. In Italy the company focuses it's activities on the
provinces of Apulia, Molise and Latio. Concerning the Italy based
projects construction of a solar park with a capacity of 2.0 MWp near
Brindisi has begun. Whereas in the Czech Republic solar parks with a
capacity of 5.0 MWp are under projection.

the mezzanine capital's complete subscription. "We take this as an
affirmation of our strategy to focus on ground-mounted solar power
plants with single digit Megawatt capacities as well as roof top
facilities built on commercial properties.

Hofman-Finanz Management GmbH, founded 23 years ago in Munich, is
specialized in capital assets for private investors and the
procurement of mezzanine capital. Hofmann concentrates on the real
estate and renewable energy branches. Carpevigo's fixed rate capital
investment has been exclusively sold by Hofmann-Finanz Management
GmbH.
