New members elected to Adecco's Board of Directors |

Zurich, Switzerland, May 7, 2008 --- The shareholders attending the
Adecco Group's annual general meeting, which took place in Lausanne
yesterday on May 6, have confirmed the following members of Adecco's
Board of Directors, who were available for re-election, for a further
one-year term of office, ending at next year's annual general
meeting: Jürgen Dormann (Chairman), Rolf Dörig (Vice-Chairman), Jakob
Baer, Andreas Jacobs, Francis Mer, Thomas O'Neill and David Prince.
Wanda Rapaczynski and Judith A. Sprieser have been elected as new
members of the Board, replacing Philippe Marcel and Peter V.
Ueberroth, who did not stand for re-election.
Wanda Rapaczynski was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of
the Polish media group Agora. Previously she held leading positions
at Citibank. Today Wanda Rapaczynski serves as member of the board of
trustees of the Central European University in Budapest. She is a
member of the international advisory board of Yale University. Wanda
Rapaczynski holds a Master's degree in management from Yale
University and earned a PhD from the City University of New York in
psychology.
Judith A. Sprieser was the Chief Executive Officer of the US
technology software and services company Transora. Previously she
held executive positions at Sara Lee Corporation. Judith A. Sprieser
currently serves as a non-executive director of Allstate Insurance
Company, USG Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Ahold and
Intercontinental Exchange. She is a member of the Board of Trustees
of Northwestern University in Chicago, from which she earned a Master
of Business Administration degree.
The annual general meeting has approved the Board of Directors'
proposal to declare a dividend of CHF 1.50 per share. It equally
approved the Group's annual report 2007 and re-elected Ernst & Young
AG, Zurich, as Adecco S.A.'s statutory and Group auditors.
