Release of Voting rights announcements according to articles 21, 24
WpHG

1. Baloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that via
shares its Voting Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have
exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 6,
2008 and amount at that day to 12.455% (1,160,441 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG,
these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.

Furthermore, the company has informed us, that via shares its Voting
Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, on March 26, 2008 amount to
13.336% (1,242,548 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be
attributed to the company.

In addition, the company has informed us that via shares its Voting
Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the 15% limit
and since March 27, 2008 amount to 15.037% (1,401,000 Voting Rights)
unchanged. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the
WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.

The chain of companies which are controlled by Baloise Delta Holding
S.A.R.L. and whose Voting Rights on Mologen AG via shares are equal
or above 3% reads as follows:
Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH holds each 100% of the shares
and Voting Rights of Deutsche Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG and of
Deutsche Ring Sachversicherungs-AG.

2. Baloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that via shares its Voting Rights
on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10%
limit of the Voting Rights on March 6, 2008 and amount at that day to
12.455% (1,160,441 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be
attributed to the company.

Furthermore, the company has informed us, that via shares its Voting
Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, on March 26, 2008 amount to
13.336% (1,242,548 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be
attributed to the company.

In addition, the company has informed us that via shares its Voting
Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the 15% limit
and since March 27, 2008 amount to 15.037% (1,401,000 Voting Rights)
unchanged. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the
WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.

Basel, Switzerland, and whose Voting Rights on Mologen AG via shares
are equal or above 3% reads as follows:
Baloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, holds 100% of
the shares and Voting Rights of Basler Versicherung
Beteiligungs-GmbH. Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH holds each
100% of the shares and Voting Rights of Deutsche Ring
Lebensversicherungs-AG and of Deutsche Ring Sachversicherungs-AG.

3. CORRECTION of the announcement according to Article 21, Section 1
WpHG published on March 12, 2008

BASLER Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 Of the WpHG, that via shares
its Voting Rights on Mologen AG ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the
3%, 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 6, 2008 and amount
at that day to 12.455% (1,160,441 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, the Voting Rights
of 12.455% (1,160,441 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the
company.
- Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG 9.992% (931,000
Voting Rights)
- Deutscher Ring Sachversicherungs-AG 2.463% (229,441 Voting
Rights).
