Robert M. Fieg, manager of Jelmoli's "TheHouse of Brands" department
store in Zurich, will be entering his retirement per end of September
2008.

For more than ten years Robert M. Fieg has skilfully managed this
flagship store on Zurich's famed Bahnhofstrasse with singular
success. Thanks to his market-conform and customer oriented strategy,
turnover rose during this time from CHF200 million to CHF341 million
for 2007.

Since 1969 Robert M. Fieg has held various management positions with
Jelmoli AG, and Jelmoli's 175th anniversary celebrations will be a
fitting conclusion to his career this September. Jelmoli Holding Ltd
sincerely thanks him for his valuable cooperation and outstanding
services to the Jelmoli flagship store.

Jelmoli Holding AG has appointed Hanspeter Grüninger to succeed
Robert M. Fieg as manager "TheHouse of Brands". Hanspeter Grüninger
is a highly experienced retail trade specialist who held various
positions with Jelmoli from 1983 until 1997, when he managed the
textiles department. His excellent track record also since 2001 as
CEO Beldona lingerie, Switzerland, augers well for the ongoing
development of the successful flagship store with international
flair.
